As an example, you immediately installed a 30 AMP plug in the garage so that we could provide power to our coach. You did this at no additional charge and it was completed before we even knew it. You have always been available at any time for us, and you have resolved every issue in a very friendly and speedy manner. Your concern and attention are also evident in your frequent visits to the other two homes in our development to ensure that everything is being taken care of properly.

Needless to say, we are very grateful to have you as our builder and on-going contractor. Your many recommendations and accommodations have been a blessing for us, particularly when coming from California to Tennessee, where things are a bit different. This type of attention and caring does not automatically come with the purchase of a new home; we believe we got lucky it was you, and we most heartily recommend you to anyone interested.
